Jessica Sánchez, M.A., LCPC, BCN, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as Clinic Director at Cognitive Solutions LC. With a master’s degree in counseling psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and ongoing pursuit of a doctorate in healthcare administration at Franklin University, Jessica’s journey is marked by a dedication to improving mental health care.
Previously, Jessica served as an on-call crisis counselor for the Orland Park Police Department and worked as a quality assistance auditor at Trinity Services. These experiences, coupled with her background in providing psychotherapy through acceptance and commitment therapy, have equipped her with a unique perspective on client care and crisis management.
In her current capacity, Jessica oversees all aspects of clinic operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to the highest standards of care. From managing schedules and finances to supervising staff and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, she is committed to excellence in every aspect of her work.
Additionally, Jessica serves as the supervisor for the neurofeedback department, where she is board certified in neurofeedback along with specialization in LENS neurofeedback. Her expertise extends to working with diverse populations and addressing a range of mental health challenges, including ADHD, learning disabilities, and social-emotional difficulties.
