Jessica Sánchez, M.A., LCPC, BCN, is the Clinic Director at Cognitive Solutions LC, where she combines her extensive expertise in mental health care with strong leadership to drive excellence in clinic operations and client care. Jessica holds a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Healthcare Administration at Franklin University.
A member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Jessica recently earned a certificate through their prestigious 2024 Executive Program and is actively working towards board certification in healthcare management. These accomplishments reflect her commitment to advancing leadership excellence in the healthcare field.
Jessica’s career journey includes roles such as on-call crisis counselor for the Orland Park Police Department and quality assurance auditor at Trinity Services. These experiences, along with her extensive background in psychotherapy using acceptance and commitment therapy, have honed her ability to manage crises, deliver exceptional client care, and maintain the highest standards in clinical practice.
In her current role, Jessica oversees all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, financial management, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance. She also supervises the neurofeedback department, assisting as needed to ensure the team delivers high-quality care. Jessica’s expertise in neurofeedback, including board certification and specialization in LENS neurofeedback, complements her commitment to supporting the department’s success.
