Pavanam Sasha Valuyeetham, MA, PsyD, (“Dr. V”) is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with experience in providing comprehensive psychological assessments. Dr. V’s education and clinical trainings have led her to develop expertise in diagnosing many neurodevelopmental disorders (i.e., ADHD, Autism, specific learning difficulty, etc.), mood, anxiety, personality disorders and many other clinical presentations. Dr. V is presently accepting appointments with children, adolescents, and adults for psychological assessments.
Dr. V also provides individual psychotherapy to adults struggling with major life transitions, anxiety, and mood disorders. She practices from an evidence-based approach, utilizing interventions from “Third Wave” cognitive behavioral therapies.
Dr. V received her Master’s degree from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, Argosy University, and, most recently, her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The Adler School of Professional Psychology.
She has also been issued the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT), which is granted by the PSYPACT Commission to provide telehealth services to individuals located in participating states.
